A laboratory essential for peptide research. Acetic acid solution is the preferred solvent for a specific class of peptides that exhibit poor solubility in bacteriostatic water alone. Where BAC water is the industry standard for most lyophilized peptides, certain compounds — most notably growth hormone releasing peptides and some growth hormone secretagogues — require an acidic solvent environment to dissolve properly and maintain solution stability.
Commonly referenced in research literature involving AOD-9604 and Tesamorelin, both of which require an acidic solvent environment for proper dissolution. Available in a 10ml sterile vial, organic reagent grade.
